Primer free UV varnish LC-2661-18.

1.before use 2661-18,t is unnecessary to apply primer water based , compared with traditional UV coating, primer free varnish saves one step of process, and reduces the risk by inappropriate usage for primer water based .

2.It is widely used for different types of paper to provide high adhesion.

Specifications

Appearance: light yellow to yellow transparent liquid.

Viscosity25°c: 190-210CPS

applications:

1. Applied by roller coater, in-line or off-line. Coating weight depends on quality of paper.

2. UV light of intensive  100mj/cm² is suggested for curing.

3. Clean up all other UV varnish in the tank and rubber roller before use .

Free-base UV varnish, high adhesion, direct coating without rendering, not pulled away with a 3M adhesive tape times, adhesion on gold and silver inks has also been very positive.

notice:

1. This product  after working non-toxic without excitant, but if this is stuck to the skin when should be in 30 minutes to alkaline soap cleaning three times or more, clothing, or stuck on should be replaced in case of skin contact cause burns too long;2. The workplace, must have good ventilated condition
